Guides and training videos, on this site rather than on a help subdomain somebody has to find. Worth a look before you write to us, because reading one takes less time than waiting for a reply.

Questions, bugs, anything that needs a person: support@dragonessoftware.com. Include the account and what you were doing when it happened, and the first reply will be a useful one.

The chat launcher sits at the bottom right of every screen in the application. Open it and you are talking to us, in the product, without changing windows.

New features ship regularly. Join the mailing list and you will hear what changed.
