Activity Rules create a follow-up activity for you instead of relying on somebody remembering. You describe the situation once and the system watches for it: a quote over a certain amount, an order over a certain amount, a set schedule, or a period of inactivity. A rule can run across every account or on just one, and you set the thresholds.
